I’m Daisy, a UI/UX Designer at PlanMember Financial Corp, where I design enterprise web and mobile experiences that transform complex financial products into intuitive, human-centered digital solutions. I enjoy solving challenging design problems by simplifying complex workflows, improving accessibility, and creating scalable experiences that serve both users and the teams behind them.

My design process blends research, strategy, prototyping, and modern AI-assisted workflows to explore ideas quickly and iterate efficiently. I use AI as a tool to accelerate ideation and interface exploration, allowing me to spend more time refining interactions, validating solutions, and crafting thoughtful user experiences.

Outside of design, you'll usually find me immersed in story-driven worlds through video games and books. Some of my favorites include The Last of Us, Resident Evil, and Red Dead Redemption.
